Friday, October 3- $12 in advance ($15 at the gate)
Friday night features a blend of traditional and modern country music.  The night starts with 2014 Hoedown Star Top 3 performers auditioning live for the chance to open for our festival headliner on Saturday.  Each person at the event will get to vote for their favorite.  Following the contest, 2013 winner Ethan Hunt will open the nights music.  More bands to be announced soon!

Saturday, October 4 - $20 in advance ($25 at the gate)
$25 at the gate the day of the show for a full day of country music!  That's 4 live bands Get your tickets early and save $5.  We will offer a youth ticket on Saturday night - kids ages 7 - 12 can get in for $10!  Children 6 and under are FREE. Bands to be announced soon!
  

Tickets can be purchased at Hinton Mills - Flemingsburg, Jabetown, Muses Mills and Mays Lick locations and onsite at Mandolin Farms.  If you are outside the immediate area and want to purchase tickets in advance, email kimber@blondemktg.com for details. 
Camping:
Camp sites with electrical and water hooks are available for the Hoedown in the Holler festival.  Camping fees are $20/day, which includes your water and electric.  Campers must purchase a festival ticket for each resident of the camper over the age of 6 years.  Weekend concert ticket packages are available to all campers for just $32/person!  Additional nights of camping are available for $10/night prior to or after the festival.  Deposits made on campsites are non-refundable.   

There are permanent bathrooms and showerhouses on the festival grounds.

Campsites are on a first reserved, first served basis.  We have 200 total campsites available.  

Hotel Information:

There are no hotels in Fleming Co.  The closest hotels are in Morehead, KY.  (Abut 20 min away).  The Official Hotel of Hoedown in the Holler is The Quality Inn in Morehead.  There is a special Hoedown rate of $49.99/night!  Call and ask for the Hoedown in the Holler rate when making reservations.  (606) 784-2220

Directions & Parking:

Hoedown in the Holler is being held at Mandolin Farms located at 387 Owens Lane, Flemingsburg, Kentucky.

Mandolin Farms entrance is located off Kentucky Highway 32.   Turn South onto Route 697 (Smith Pike) from Highway 32.  Entrance to farm is located 1.8 miles on the right. 

Route 697 is 3 miles from the (McDonald's) intersection of Bypass 11 and Highway 32. 

Parking is included in the cost of admission.  Parking is located in the fields of the farm adjacent to the concert stage.

FROM LEXINGTON/WINCHESTER or points West
Take Interstate 64 East to EXIT 110 (Mt. Sterling/Flemingsburg)
Turn left off the exit ramp.
Drive 29 miles to the first stoplight, take a right on 32.
Go approximately 1 1/2 miles and go right on 697.
Farm is 1.8 miles on the right.

FROM ASHLAND OR POINTS EAST
Take 64 West to Exit 137 (Morehead/Flemingsburg)
At end of exit ramp, turn right onto KY 32
Drive 21.2 miles and turn left on 697.
Farm is 1.8 miles on the right.

FROM MAYSVILLE
Take KY 11 from Maysville.  Bear right to stay on 11 at the Fleming Co Country Club/Golf Course.

KY11 becomes 32.  Follow 32 and take a right at 697.  (3 miles from the McDonalds intersection)

General Information

Hoedown in the Holler is a general admission event. 
There are no reserved seats for this event. 
There are no refunds on purchased tickets. 
EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE!
Children under 7 are admitted FREE
Food and beverage vendors will be selling a variety of delicious treats during the festival.
There are no temporary or permanent seats at this venue.  You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own chairs and/or blankets for seating.
Golf carts and 4 wheelers are permitted, but all 4 wheelers riding must cease nightly at 11:00pm and 4 wheelers can not be riden in the stage area.  

There is a very large covered area in front of the stage to keep you out of the sun and any inclement weather!

All things legal:
Video recording of the artists performance without prior written permission from artists management is prohibited.
Not responsible for accidents of any kind on event festival site.
Deposits made on campsites are non-refundable.
To all ticket holders:  The ticket is a revocable license which may be revoked at any time for any reason.  Ticket holder may be denied admission to the venue or removed from the facility, without compensation, should management determine the holder acts in a disorderly, distructive or illegal manner or violates management's rules and regulations.  The holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the attraction, whether occuring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event.  Tickets will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason.  Weather policy:  Tickets for all events are purchased at risk of inclement weather.
