Directions
From Morehead and points East:
Take Route 32W for 25 miles.
Turn LEFT on Route 697/Smith Pike.
Proceed for 1.8 miles. Mandolin Farm is on the right. (If you pass John Deere on 32, you've gone too far.)
From Louisville and points West:
Take I64 East to Exit 110 (Mt. Sterling/Flemingsburg). At end of exit ramp, take a LEFT on KY 11. Proceed 29 miles until you reach the first stoplight.
Take a right on Morehead Rd/KY-32 (Flemingsburg Bypass).
Go 2 miles, turn right on 697/Smith Pike.
Proceed 1.8 miles. Mandolin Farm is on the right.
From Cincinnati and points North:
Take KY9 South (AA Highway)
Turn right onto KY Highway 11/KY-11/KY-1448. Continue to follow KY-11.
Turn right onto KY-11 Byp/Bypass Road NC. Continue to follow KY-11 Byp.
KY-11 becomes KY-32 (at McDonald's intersection)
After passing McDonald's, proceed 3 miles and turn right on 697/Smith Pike
Proceed 1.8 miles. Mandolin Farm is on the right.
Parking
Parking is all outdoor and all on grass. We will direct you where to park upon entry based on type of vehicle and ground conditions. Parking is included with the price of the admission ticket. THERE IS AN OVERFLOW LOT AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE BYPASS AND 697. You are encouraged to meet friends there and carpool the 1.8 miles to the festival site as parking is limited.
Seating
Hoedown has festival style seating with ample room for your lawn chair or blanket. You may bring coolers but NO GLASS in the concert area.
Concessions
We have delicious food available on the festival site, including BBQ, homemade ice cream, popcorn, hamburgers, hot dogs, tenderloin sandwiches, funnel cakes, and more incredible festival fare! You are also welcome to bring a cooler.
Alcohol
Fleming County is a dry county, therefore no alcohol is sold or served on the festival premises. Those individuals of LEGAL drinking age, should they choose to consume adult beverages, should do so in a respectful manner. NO OPEN CONTAINERS OR GLASS ALLOWED. We advise any alcoholic beverages consumed in a responsible manner be contained in a cup or koozie. Should uncover ATF agents be on the festival grounds, those consuming alcohol from open or marked containers should expect to receive a citation and/or potentially be summonsed to appear in court.
